LK has a complete line of clear and tinted equipment covers to fit a wide range of equipment. These covers keep equipment clean and dust-free (or keep soiled gear under wraps) and also provide an economical way to meet accreditation standards by JCAHO, ACHC, CHAPS, etc., which strongly recommend that clean equipment be separated and clearly designated. Most covers are packaged on rolls for convenient handling and storage.


 

Equipment tags help DME/HME equipment providers meet requirements of accreditation agencies to designate equipment status. They are made from durable cardstock and 12” long wire ties are included for easy attachment to virtually any piece of equipment.

How to Find the Right Cover For Your Equipment

Measure the width, depth, and height of the piece of equipment that you need to cover.

  • Add 2-4 inches to either the width or depth for a looser fit.
  • When calculating length, add ½ of the depth measurement.

Example:

  • If a piece of equipment measures: 14” wide X 14” deep X 29” high:
    • Add 2” to the width so the cover is easy to place and remove = 16” wide
    • Use the measured depth for the gusset size = 14" deep
    • Add 7” (1/2 of the depth of 14”) to 29” high = 36” long
  • Order a cover that is 16” X 14” X 36”:
